Retired

Sam and his wife are retired. Like so many snowbirds, they spend their winters at their condo in Florida, where their children live and their summers at home in New Jersey. Although Sam is retired, he feels overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork and the number of bills and would rather be spending more quality time with his wife, children and his grandchildren. He has two sets of files, one for Florida and one for their main residence in New Jersey; as well as multiple accounts at financial institutions in both places. His files are getting to be too complicated.

Juggling the administrative, logistical and financial demands of two homes while moving between places for 6 months at a time can be daunting.
